Its funny how it took me moving away to really appreciate the beauty of the desert. The ridiculously blue sky, multiple shades of green, colorful cactus flowers....
it takes a cactus 75 years to grow an arm, and the desert is full of gigantic grandfather octopus-like cactuses. I love it!
