i made quite a few trips to pikes place in seattle just so i could have one of these cookies in my purse at all times. i will admit i fell in love. i tried to re create this cookie last year with josh- turned out amazing! i filled the entire house top to bottom with these lovelies. well, a few weeks ago my girlfriends and i made cookies for the la fundraiser bake sale for japan. i couldn't remember this recipe, but thanks to my seattle bud jon who ran down and snapped this picture for me....these cookies didn't make the bake sale, but i will definitely be making them very very soon.
