+one of the bonuses to a spacious home, lots of room for randomness. slowly but surely I'm getting back my back bend.

I'm getting better at taking time daily for pilates and or yoga. Sometimes its 5 minutes, sometimes I will stay on my mat for 2 hours. Regardless, I feel more relaxed, centered, peaceful and strong.
